Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her college studies. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance she competed throughout her career and setting new goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of the year. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. They placed her third at the event. In the summer of 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more than proud of her performance. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs that use a single hand with a pull-up device and the seated rows. First, she warms up prior to moving onto working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. She does this by super creating all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a lighter weight and another days heavy weight.
