She grew up in the prestigious Upper East Side of Manhattan in a Catholic family. She was enrolled by her parents in the Convent of the Sacred Heart A religious, exclusive and private school. Music was her passion since childhood. She began playing the piano at just a young girl. When she was thirteen she wrote her first tune. She has participated in many open mics. She was a big fan of Queen Michael Jackson Madonna and David Bowie. After completing high school, she entered into the Tisch School of Art at New York University to study music. She did not complete her study, but left them to pursue her music career.
