Mena Alexa Suvari was born in 1979. She is an American model, fashion designer and actor. After a brief stint as a model for fashion and then a transition to acting when she appeared as guest stars on TV shows like Boy Meets World in the 1990s as well as High Incident. In 1997, she made her debut as a film actor on Nowhere. After her performance in American Beauty (for which she won an award from the BAFTA Award) and American Pie which brought her much attention, she completed her move into more prominent roles.
