Donald Joseph Qualls - better popularly known as DJ Qualls - is a model, actor, and producer from the United States. The actor gained fame following his performance on Road Trip. Since then, he has appeared in 20 feature films, such including The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. In addition, he has appeared in Breaking Bad Supernatural, Scrubs, Scrubs, Lost Law & Order as well as several others. Qualls had been diagnosed as having Hodgkin's Lymphoma around age 14, and has battled this disease since. After two years of treatment, the cancer is now in the process of remission. However, the earlier treatment had a severe impact on his health, and slowed growth. After he began taking on the role of an actor, financial security was the goal. He'd experienced the poverty of his youth. When I've lived in such a shabby way for a long time, I must have this level of financial safety. Otherwise the world seems beyond my reach. In the course of an interview the interviewer also talks about his growing up. His goal is to end the bullying. He says "Cruelty causes pain to my heart." The man says his ideal character would be dads in the real world and on film. He isn't chosen by the director to play those parts, but he does say. In the future, he'd love to have a baby to allow him to devote much less of his time in order to spend more time with the child.
